Julie-Anne McLaughlin – Hand Therapist
Julie-Anne graduated from the University of Ulster with a Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has been registered with the Healthcare Professionals Council since 2006. JulieAnne has experience in both community and acute care and now specialises in hand and upper limb injuries. She is a member of the British Association of hand therapists. Treatments available for acute hand fractures, arthritic conditions, tendon, ligament and other soft tissue injuries. In addition post operative hand conditions including duputryens contracture release, trigger finger release, carpal tunnel release, joint replacements and arthrodesis. Treatments include splintage, mobilisation, swelling management, scar management, functional rehabilitation, small aids, adaptations and joint protection strategies.

Teresa Hastings
Teresa has been running a private physiotherapy clinic in Magherafelt since 1997, firstly in Greenvale Leisure Centre and since 2009 in Union Arcade. Since qualification in 1986 Teresa has been actively involved with sports injury management, treatment for spinal pain and teaching movement with the Pilates method. She is passionate about helping people achieve control of pain and move with ease.
Teresa has achieved her Manipulation Association Membership examinations and is a qualified Body Control Pilates teacher, and a supervising teacher for the Body Control Association in London.
Over the years Teresa has taught as a guest lecturer for the University of Ulster Jordanstown, worked in sport with squash, gold, hockey, and rugby in teams and at international level. She never stops learning and pushing her boundaries to achieve more knowledge to become a better Physioherapist and Pilates Teacher.
