Our Pilates classes run throughout the day and evenings with places available through enrolment. Classes are limited to 12 people and take place in our specialist Pilates studio in Magherafelt. Specialist equipment is provided to get you started.
All Pilates lessons will be delivered by fully qualified teachers with many years of experience. Our teachers have either gone through Body Control Pilates training or training at the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute.
